Cahier 93-03-01 – Entrepreneurship Training : A look from Educational Sciences
Auteur : Jean-Pierre Béchard et Jean-Marie Toulouse
With the theoretical contributions of the’ educational sciences as a starting point, the authors have developed a typology that may be used to classify training programs in entrepreneurship. Six distinct educational orientations are presented (conformist, adaptive, transformative, autonomist, convivial and communal) for each training aim (increasing awareness, creating a firm and developing a business). The researchers maintain that this classification scheme can support theoretical reflections as weIl as the development and evaluation of the various training programs in entrepreneurship.
