Hamed Motaghi is Assistant professor at Business School of University of Quebec in Outaouis. He holds a bachelor of Electronic Engineering from University of Pierre and Marie Curie, France and also a Master of Electronic Communication Systems from the same university. In addition, he also holds a Master in Information Systems from University of Paris Dauphine, and a Ph.D. which he completed with distinction, specialized in Management of Technology from University of Quebec in Montreal (Montreal Joint Program of PhD in Administration between UQAM, McGill, Concordia and HEC Montreal). He has completed his studies with a post-doctorate at McGill University in the field of International Entrepreneurship.
His research interests are; creativity in information systems, technological innovation, internationalisation of creative industries and entrepreneurship and international entrepreneurship of high-tech companies. He is also member of editorial board of de Journal of Global Entrepreneurship Research.
In addition, he is member of Executive in Residence of e-learning and information management of Canadian Advanced Technology Alliance (CATAAlliance) and Executive in Residence of e-learning and information management of iCanada. He has also thought at various universities, both online and on-campus, such as University of Quebec in Montreal, HEC Montreal, TELUQ (distance learning University of Quebec), McGill University and Lawrence Technological Univesity, Michigan, USA.
