Christophe Roux-Dufort is a professor of strategic management in the department of management at Laval University (Quebec, Canada). For more than 15 years he has taught Crisis Management in the executive MBA and MBA programs as well as in various executive programs. Mr. Roux-Dufort has also written about thirty scientific and professional articles and five books on crisis management. He also works as a consultant for multinational companies in France, the United States, China and Thailand: Michelin, Danone, Chanel, Airbus among others. His comments on corporate crises are regularly published in national newspapers in France and Canada. He is regularly featured in national radio broadcast.
Mr. Roux-Dufort received his M.B.A. degree (1990) from the University Laval (Quebec, Canada) and his Ph. D. degree (1997) from University Paris Dauphine, France. His research interests lie in risk and crisis management, organizational learning and the management of change. Mr. Roux-Dufort is regularly holding visiting appointments in: INSEAD (France), EM LYON (France), Thammasat University (Thailand), and other universities across Europe.
