Dr. Mary E. Graham
Mary E. Graham is Associate Professor of Organizational Studies in the School of Business at Clarkson University. Mrs. Graham teaches courses on human resource management (HRM) and leading organizational change to undergraduate, MBA, and executive-level students. She conducts research on gender-related employment disparities, HRM professional credibility, and HRM and the supply chain; and her publications have appeared or are forthcoming in Human Resource Management, Journal of Organizational Behavior, Organizational Research Methods, Organization Science, and International Journal of Operations and Production Management.
Mrs. Graham serves on the editorial boards of Human Resource Management journal and Human Resource Management Review. She is a member of the Academy of Management, the Society for Human Resource Management, and the Labor and Employment Relations Association. She earned her Ph.D. in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University. Prior to earning her doctorate, Mrs. Graham worked as a Certified Public Accountant and for the U.S. House of Representatives.
