HEC Montréal
The Forum is organised by HEC Montréal, a school whose reputation ensures a presence in many networks, on national and international levels. We have the support of the Social Sciences and Humanities Research Council (SSHRC) and the Canadian Federation of Business School Deans (CFBSD)
Canada’s first business school, founded in 1907, HEC Montréal celebrated its 100th anniversary in 2007. Today the School offers more than 35 management programs, from the undergraduate to postgraduate level, and welcomes some 3,300 international or permanent resident students, representing 28% of the student body, from roughly 100 countries. It employs nearly 250 career professors and is a leader in research, with some fifty research chairs, centres and groups. HEC Montréal was the first school in North America to be granted the three most prestigious international accreditations in its field: AACSB International, EQUIS and AMBA.

The Canadian Federation of Business School Deans is the professional association for Deans and Directors of faculties of business and management in Canada. The Canadian Federation of Business School Deans is dedicated to working with its members toward achieving excellence in business education. Business schools must work to keep their activities more relevant and valuable to businesses grappling with unprecedented transformations in the global economy.
