Pierre-olivier Pineau 先生(2000年于 HEC Montréal 获得博士学位)现为 HEC Montréal 管理科学系副教授。他是电力改革方面的专家,他的著作涉及战略投资、定价机制、市场化和能源市场一体化等诸多领域。曾在加拿大、非洲、拉丁美洲和北欧国家的国际领域工作。期间在各国很多期刊发表研究成果。

自2006年3月起,他担任《国际能源行业管理》期刊的副主编,《能源研究评论》论坛编辑。2000年至2001年在康考迪亚大学(经济学系)工作,2001年至2006年在维多利亚大学(公共行政学院)工作。Pineau 教授是我校在中国成都为四川省电力公司举办的能管行业管理研究生课程班 (DESS) 的任课教师。他还曾担任我校与四川省电力公司、吉林省电力公司、国电集团、中国大唐集团举办的高级经理人能源发展课程,和最近为长江电力举办的海外电厂管理培训课程的任课教师。他还定期为北非高级经理人培训课程授课。他还是 HEC Montréal 能源管理教授,最近,他出担任了HEC Montréal 国际高级经理人教育部能源课程的负责人。

Pierre-Oliver Pineau (PhD, HEC Montréal, 2000) is a professor at the Department of Decision Sciences of HEC Montréal and holds the Chair in Energy Sector Management since Decembre 2013. He is an energy policy and management specialist, with a focus on electricity reforms. His research focuses on electricity market integration and on optimal approaches to balance energy production and consumption.
He worked in Canada, Africa, Latin America and the Nordic countries and has published papers on all these regions. He is a member of the Editorial Advisory Board of the International Journal of Energy Sector Management. He is a member of CIRODD (Interuniversity Research Centre for the Operationalization Sustainable Development) and of CRÉ (Ethics research center). He held positions in Canada at the University of Victoria (School of Public Administration, 2001-2006) and at Concordia University (Economics Department, 2000-2001). He sits on the Board of directors of the Canadian Association for Energy Economics.

Taïeb Hafsi is a Full Professor of strategic management at HEC Montréal is the holder of the Walter J. Somers Chair in International Strategic Management.
He holds an MS in Management from the Sloan School of management at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a Doctorate in Business Administration from the Harvard Business School. He teaches, mostly using the case method, topics related to business policy and strategic change.
In his research he focuses mostly on issues related to managing complex organizations, such as large diversified firms, geographically dispersed organizations, not-for-profit organizations, state-owned firms and governments. He has been awarded several prizes of which the P. Laurin research prize, the 2000 Outstanding teacher award (a once in a career recognition award), and three best article awards in the Canadian Journal of Administrative Sciences and in Public Administration Review.
Professor Hafsi has participated in a number of international programs in China and Africa. He was a faculty member of the Graduate Diploma in Management of the energy sector (DESS) in Canada, China and North Africa.

Sylvain Audette is a specialist in management of the energy sector. He experienced 15 years of evolution in the production, transportation/transmission, storage and distribution of energy markets.
In his high management career within a major energy company, he acted as Director of Regulatory Affairs, Tariffs/Rate, Marketing, Demand Analysis, and Energy Conservation Programs. Notably, he has been active in corporate and political debates such as the energy policy, including integrated conservation efforts, GHG emission, biogas and/or shale gas injection in existing energy infrastructure, or using LNG for transportation.
While pursuing his energy sector management career, he regularly contributed in delivering for HEC Montréal many seminars and courses to numerous companies in China, Africa or South America.
He’s now guest professor at the marketing department for HEC Montreal and very involved with International Project initiatives with HEC, he participate in researches and teaches Marketing, Energy Fundamentals, and Supply and Demand Management at MBA, DESS and MSc school programs.

弗朗索瓦×拉弗蒂纳 (硕士:蒙特利尔商学院; MBA:美国西北大学凯洛格商学院) 自2011年起在加拿大化妆品巨头马塞尔集团(Marcelle Group)担任市场营销副总裁。

拉弗蒂纳先生在美妆与奢侈品行业拥有19年经验,并以创新在这个竞争高度激烈的领域驰名。他曾在欧莱雅(世界化妆品领头品牌)加拿大担任多个职位并曾外派法国 (欧洲市场营销总监,负责12国15个品牌),后派驻伊斯坦布尔担任欧莱雅高档化妆品部土耳其总经理。在土耳其期间,他曾经自主创业,也曾担任战略市场营销顾问。

经过8年海外工作生活,他回到了加拿大并以市场营销副总裁的身份加盟马塞尔集团。2016年二月, 马塞尔集团收购化妆品公司丽莎怀特(Lise Watier),在此期间企业规模翻番。马塞尔集团在加拿大和美国生产分销四个品牌。除了马塞尔集团的职责之外,拉弗蒂纳先生任职蒙特利尔高等商学院。从2010年起,他便在管理学本科项目和 MBA项目中授课。2011到2014年间,他担任HEC校友会主席,自2011年起他还加入了学校精英奖评审委员会。2015年,拉弗蒂纳先生获HEC优秀讲师奖。

François Lafortune (M.Sc., HEC Montréal; MBA, Kellogg School of Management) is Vice-President Marketing since 2011 at Group Marcelle, the Canadian leader in cosmetics.

With over 19 years of experience in the beauty and luxury industries, François Lafortune is recognized for his innovative approaches in this highly competitive area.  He has occupied various positions at L’Oréal (the world leader in cosmetics) in Canada and also as an expatriate in Paris (Marketing Director Europe responsible for 12 countries and 15 brands) and Istanbul where he was General Manager for L’Oréal Luxe Division for Turkey. He also was an entrepreneur in Turkey and Strategic Marketing Consultant.

Back in Canada after 8 years of working abroad, he joined Group Marcelle as Vice-President Marketing. In February 2016 Group Marcelle made the acquisition of Lise Watier Cosmetics and in the process doubled its size. The company manufactures and distributes four brands in Canada and in the US.

Beyond his responsibilities within Group Marcelle, François Lafortune is very involved at HEC Montréal.  Since 2010, he has lectured in Management at the Bachelor and M.B.A. programs.  He was a member of the Board of Directors of the HEC Alumni between 2011 and 2014 and also sits on the organizing committee for the Prix Relève d’Excellence since 2011.  François was recently honoured by having received the HEC Excellence in Teaching Award 2015 for Lecturer.
