The Summer School on Management of Creativity is an intensive, international, multidisciplinary and intergenerational 2-week program offered by HEC Montréal, in collaboration with the University of Barcelona. It is held in both cites:

Pedagogical approach
The Summer School adopts a dynamic and interactive approach with emphasis on professional visits to creative industries and innovating organizations, creativity workshops, and feedback from renowned creators and managers of creativity.
Montreal and Barcelona are host to world renowned festivals occurring during the Summer School. In this unique and stimulating environment, participants will explore and answer such questions as: How can we foster the creative process, particularly collective creativity in organizations? How can we apply or learn from the challenges and practices of the traditionally separate fields of high technology, the services industry, culture, design, and art?
