Cancellation Policy
A verbal cancellation, followed by a written confirmation is required for all cancellations. Participants incur the following fees or penalties for withdrawing from the program:
· On the last business day before or first day of the program: 100% of registration fees
· One (1) week before the start of the program: 25% of registration fees
HEC Montréal or the University of Barcelona reserves the right to cancel the Summer School on Management of Creativity 2010. If the program is cancelled, HEC Montréal‘s or the University of Barcelona’s liability is limited to a full refund of the registration fees already paid.
