Conference Fees (full rate)
The conference fee includes presentation, admission to all scientific sessions, registration package and proceedings, welcome reception, dinner cruise, meals, and refreshments. The fee includes a 2-year membership to AIRL and one year subscription to either Logistique & Management or Supply Chain Forum: an International Journal.
Doctoral Workshop (PhD rate)
Only accepted students can register and attend the Doctoral Workshop.
The fee includes participation in the Doctoral Seminar, admission to all scientific sessions, welcome reception, dinner cruise, meals, and refreshments.
Accompanying Guest
The fee includes the Conference Dinner and transportation to the Old-Port.

Early registration fee (until May 31, 2012):
- Academics and practitioners: $500 + taxes = CA$574.88
- PhD students: $280 + taxes = CA$321.93
- Accompanying guest for dinner cruise Thursday, August 16: $150 + taxes = CA$172.46
Registration fee (after May 31, 2012):
- Academics and practitioners: $620 + taxes = CA$712.85
- PhD students: $320 + taxes = CA$367.92
- Accompanying guest for dinner cruise Thursday, August 16: $150 + taxes = CA$172.46
Fees can be paid by Bank Draft to the order of HEC Montréal, or by credit card. HEC Montréal will not issue invoices. Your registration form will serve as such. Click on the link below to register and choose your form of payment. If paying by credit card, you will be automatically redirected to Desjardins financial institution’s secure site. HEC Montréal does not have access to your credit card numbers.
